District covers:
Part of Allen Park, All of Ecorse, River Rouge, Lincoln Park, and Melvindale.

This is the most democrat district in the Downriver area. Ecorse and River Rouge are over 80% democrat and heavily minority. Lincoln Park and Melvindale are democrat strongholds which are almost always 65% democrat. Allen Park is almost a swing area and winnable (Posthumus won it, and Bush got 47.02% in 04), but it is split between two solid democrat districts. Allen Park is winnable, but that’s about it here barring a miracle.
