Well over 70% for both Kerry and Obama.
This district doesn't change that much. It picks up Melvindale and keeps Dearborn. It picks up more of Detroit as well, including a lot of the mixed areas on the far west side, like Parkland and Warrendale. It's a voting rights act district at 51% black. It's a safe district for Detroit democrats, as Detroit covers about 65% of the district.
